It's Friday! But not just any Friday. It's the last Friday of the term. Yay! So let's crack on with today's learning and then we can all relax, rest and recharge (rule of three and alliteration. Go Mrs. Koch!) Friday means Maths skills of which you are all doing really well, spellings and a spot of Guided Reading and reading for pleasure. This afternoon is PE with the energetic Mrs. Rainbow or an activity of your choice followed by Hearts of Gold which is an activity you will love. Join myself and Mrs. Eames for some Golden Time chit chat. It'll be so lovely to see you all. You will find the invitation Zoom links on Teams under today's registration. Finally, enjoy a story read by Mr. Sharp. Have a super day and a super half term.
Take care. Look out for one another. Stay safe.
The Year 4 Team
That book that's been sitting in the corner, pick it up and have some quiet time where you can be taken somewhere new without leaving the house.
As part of Mental Health week and similar to the NHS rainbows, we would like the children to design, colour and write something positive about someone who has 'a heart of gold' (someone who supports them) and then display their completed hearts in the window. We will then create a window display at school, so please send us a photo, if you can. We have attached some more information about Heads on Hearts of Gold, as well as the template for a heart, if you want to use this. You can design your own of course.
Best of luck and thank you doing this activity. Year 4 Team
