Welcome to Friday. Today, you will be working on maths skills and times tables, followed by spellings in the form of dictation. The last guided reading session for this week is personification. This afternoon you will have PE followed by music and PSHE where you will have time to reflect on your week and the pictures from The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse. Please take time for learning breaks and a breath of fresh air. Thank you the Year 4 Team
Listen to the three dictated sentences for your spellings. Write the full sentence down, remembering to punctuate correctly. All will need speech marks. When finished, check your spellings below.
Most of you will complete Activity 5 personification. A few of you will complete Activity 5 personification modelled. Make sure you choose the right one to complete. You can complete in your exercise books.
Find a quiet spot and spend some time with a reading of your choice

Roman Music lesson 3 Augustus Caesar
Please enjoy the clips describing Augustus Caesar, listening out for how instruments have been used, including "real" or "fake" sounds created on a keyboard. Can you tell which ones are real?
