Go and have a snack and a drink and a break from using your brains! You may want to get some fresh air too!

Read your own book for 15 minutes. You could either read to yourself, or you could read out loud to your adult. Write down any words that you don't understand in your green book, look up their meaning in a dictionary and write the meaning down in your green book too. Try to use the word in a sentence and then....HEY PRESTO... you have learnt some new vocabulary. Woohoo!

Once again, work through the video and complete the activities. Pause as often as you need to.

Take a good break now and have something healthy to eat and some water to drink in order to refuel your body. Fresh air is great for you too, maybe you could go outside for a bit and get some exercise?

Please follow the instructions in this video to access your guided reading for today.

This week's learning is all about "Ocean currents" and how they are made and how they affect the planet' climate,

To start with, watch this video. Make notes as you go, remember to pause when you need to. There is some key vocabulary in this video, which you need to write down.

Look at the world Oceans and seas map. Use an atlas or an on-line map (like google maps) to familiarise yourself with the names of the world's oceans and seas. Along with the second document, this is for your reference, it will help you in this Friday's Geography quiz.

If you haven't yet had a go at any of Mrs Birkby's activities from Monday's fun corner, now is your chance to spend some time being creative.

You will find the activities on the website under Monday afternoon.

Have fun!
