Timetable and Curriculum
This is an example of our weekly timetable for your child:

PE
PE in Year 4 is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please ensure your child has a fully labelled kit. This should include: their house t-shirt, school regulation shorts, socks and trainers or plimsolls. In colder weather, children may wear sweatshirts and jogging bottoms. Please ensure hair is tied up and all jewellery is removed where possible. If a child has had their ears pierced recently, please send in some medical tape to cover them up for the session.
Swimming
4WG will be swimming every Tuesday from Tuesday 15th September until Tuesday 20th October 2026.
4M will be swimming every Tuesday from Tuesday 3rd November until Tuesday 15th December 2026. If this is to change we will let you know.
Please ensure the children bring a swimming kit on the morning. The kit must include a swimming costume or trunks/shorts, a swimming hat, goggles, a towel and footwear such as sliders or flip flops.
We will need at least 2 volunteers for it to take place. Please email the office if you are DBS checked and able to help. We are very grateful and thank you in advance for your time.
Home Learning
We expect your child to read and practice times tables regularly at home. Spellings will be set and learned weekly. There will also be other tasks set which will connect to the current learning.
