Timetable and Curriculum

This is an example of our weekly timetable for your child:

PE

PE in Year 4 is on Tuesdays and ThursdaysPlease ensure your child has a fully labelled kit. This should include: their house t-shirt, school regulation shorts, socks and trainers or plimsolls. In colder weather, children may wear sweatshirts and jogging bottoms. Please ensure hair is tied up and all jewellery is removed where possible.  If a child has had their ears pierced recently, please send in some medical tape to cover them up for the session.

Swimming

Swimming is on a Thursday afternoon, alternate weeks for each class and runs throughout the year.  Please see the class pages for dates.

Please ensure the children bring a swimming kit on the morning.  The kit must include a swimming costume or trunks/shorts, a swimming hat, goggles, a towel and footwear such as sliders or flip flops.

We will need at least 2 volunteers for it to take place. Please email the office if you are DBS checked and able to help. We are very grateful and thank you in advance for your time.

Home Learning

We expect your child to read and practice times tables regularly at home. Spellings will be set and learned weekly. There will also be other tasks set which will connect to the current learning.
