Fermor School Job Vacancies

KS1/KS2 Teacher - Full Time

We are looking for a self-motivated, inspiring and aspiring Teacher to join our warm, welcoming and dedicated team from September 2022.

Sir Henry Fermor Church of England School became an academy in April 2016 as part of the Tenax trust of schools and continues to go from strength to strength. We were judged by Ofsted as a ‘good’ school in every area in February 2019 and 'good' by SIAMS in July 2019, and we are continuing on our rapid and exciting journey.

Teaching is a true passion for us all and can be demanding, but we can offer well-behaved and motivated children, supportive parents and an expansive school site with swimming pool and forest school. You will plan and work in partnership with dedicated and supportive KS1 or KS2 colleagues.

We welcome candidates with either KS1 or KS2 experience (upper KS2 experience is desirable).

We also encourage visits to our school and website to experience our friendly and supportive team and our delightful young people.

Tenax Schools Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people and all applicants are expected to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to pre-employment checks, including satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.

For further information, please contact the school office on 01892 652405 or email for a candidate pack and application form.

Closing date: Saturday 23rd April 2022- Midnight

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 27th April 2022.
